IMPORTANT CAMPOREE UPDATE
The plan for Camporee is fundamentally the same. The time table for camporee has changed with Scouts now staying the night of Friday Sept. 23 @ 48 Mile Pond State Campground about 1 mile from the trailhead to Angel Rocks. Saturday Sept. 24 units will wake up and begin their hike up the Angel Rocks Trail completing service projects along the way. After pitching camp on the ridge units will participate in stations along the ridge. LDS units who need to leave saturday will be doing this as a day hike and hike back down that evening around 6PM to make it back home. Units will spend Saturday night camping on the ridge and return to the trailhead Saturday morning.
